Revision Policy

Revisions are available based on the selected package. Clients may request unlimited revisions at no extra cost, provided the core concept and direction remain unchanged. Revisions are typically delivered within 48 hours.

Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee

Deposits are non-refundable once initial design concepts are approved or modified, except in cases where Fab IT Solution cancels the project for reasons unrelated to client conduct or performance.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are valid only before initial concept approval or alteration.
• Full refund (minus 10% processing fee) is available before initial designs are delivered.
• 66% refund (minus 10% fee) within 48 hours of initial delivery.
• 33% refund (minus 10% fee) within 48–120 hours of initial delivery.
• No refunds after 120 hours of initial delivery or once final files are shared.
• Inactive orders older than 30 days are non-refundable unless reactivated with an applicable fee.
• No refunds on hosting, marketing, maintenance, or completed video/website packages.
• Refunds are not offered for initiated marketing plans or completed storyboards.
• All refund requests must be submitted to our support team and will be reviewed case-by-case.
• Custom bundled packages follow the same refund structure as single services.
• Approved partial refunds are based only on incomplete project components.
• All refund claims must be supported by feedback aligned with the original brief.
• Refund guarantees are void in cases of duplicate orders placed with multiple providers.
• Clients are expected to participate actively and provide timely feedback.
• Our 100% unique design guarantee includes redraws only if a submitted design is found to closely resemble an existing logo. Fab IT Solution is not responsible for unintentional similarities.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our policies. Once processed, Fab IT Solution retains all rights to the original design, which must not be reused or displayed. Clients agree to forfeit any ownership or usage claims. Fab IT Solution reserves the right to share copyright data with regulatory authorities to prevent misuse.

Client Account Area

We encourage clients to monitor their "My Account" area regularly for updates and communication. Lack of engagement is not valid grounds for a refund. For assistance, contact our support team.

Domain and Hosting

Domain and hosting services are non-refundable and non-transferable once contracted.

Delivery Policy

Final design files are delivered through the client’s "My Account" area on the date confirmed in the Order Confirmation email. We also offer Rush Delivery for logo samples within 48 hours at an additional cost of $100. For support, please reach out to our service team.

Record Maintenance

We maintain records of all client communication and design files. For inquiries or assistance, our support team is available.

Communication Policy

Fab IT Solution will only communicate using official contact methods emails ending in info@fabitsolution.com or phone numbers listed on our website. We are not responsible for correspondence from unauthorised sources.

Access to Information

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Fab IT Solution may refuse access to services or terminate accounts if false information is provided. We follow a PCI DSS-compliant process to store payment data securely for recurring services and infrastructure needs, with full client transparency.
